AAA Auto (Aures Holdings) Barometer: In H1, 414,000 used cars sold through classified ads websites in Czechia (+0%), of which 11,998 battery electric vehicles/BEVs (+98.3%) with average price of CZK 687,000 (EUR 28,380; +0.6%) and 9,481 hybrids/PHEVs+HEVs+MHEVs (+35.6%). Best-selling fuel is still diesel, but it lost 14,000 sales y/y and its share fell from 52% to 49% of entire secondary market. Best-selling BEVs were Tesla Model 3 (1,485 vehicles), Škoda Enyaq (1,268), Volkswagen ID.4 (788), VW ID.3 (773) and Tesla Model Y (770). Doubling of sales at stable prices and faster turnover (stocking days) are further confirmation of trend that used electric vehicles have ceased to be commodity for narrow group of enthusiasts.
